What is Meadowbrooks' Haunted Cornfield?

Its a 6 acre cornfield with narrow winding trail filled with hundreds of halloween and creepy Creatures , scenes buildings and cemetery's and other structures to make it a one of a kind cornfield. sdet up to work on your fears while going through the cornfield... Daytime its a walk through art gallery of Halloween with sound and action effects

Meadowbrooks' Haunted Cornfield is a unique adventure located on over 3/4 mile of straw covered trails in 6 acres of tall, thick cornfield. It is a jungle full of haunted & scary scenes with action and sound effects, and almost alive-like creatures during the day - BUT MUCH MORE HAUNTED AT NIGHT!

We have the cornfield open during the day for children which is more of a museum of Halloween attractions, and a nightime haunt with and without live actors for the big kids.

How long does it take to make it through the cornfield?

At walking speed it takes about 45 minutes to make it through the cornfield trail.    40 minutes if you walk fast 20-30 minutes running ( we do not reccomend running.. You miss too much.

How long does it take to put all this together?

We begin putting together the Cornfield by planting it in May, carving it in early June. We put up the buildings and structures in June and July//// the air lines and other infrastructure during the next two months... We work from sun up to sundown to put this all together During June July August and September

When do you Start putting this huge event together?

   All winter long we build props and creatures.. then all summer to install them.

With a family of four to six . can we all go in at once?

Yes , We allow groups of 4 five or six But seldom or Never   more than 6

How many people are allowed in a group?

What if i would like to do a party. or group activity?

go to our groups pages for ideas and packages, we do picnic, Parties and corporate picnics

The Creepy Cornfield trail is about 3/4 of a mile long and takes about 45 minutes at a walking pace. If you get scared and start running it takes less time.
The wait time depends on the crowd that night, Saturday nights later in the season are typically the busiest nights. For shorter wait times it is best to come earlier in the season on a Friday night.

No food or drink of any kind allowed in the cornfield!

We try hard to keep our cornfield clean. No one wants to see garbage, it distracts from the scenes and tripping over a bottle or can in the dark can be dangerous.
No touching or striking actors, Props or anyone outside your group.

Our actors will not touch you so please respect them and those people around you that are not in your group. If a character accidentally makes contact with you and scares you, please don't strike them, keep walking.

If security witnesses an actor getting struck or harassed, you will be escorted off the property without a refund.
No touching or contact with any of our creatures, props or scenes.

Our animatronic props can be dangerous and move unpredictably, for your safety you must stay within the trail.

If you are witnessed touching a prop or scene, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
No picking or throwing of corn or any other items.

For everyone's safety, no picking and throwing of corn or any items is allowed.

If you are witnessed throwing any item, you will be escorted off the property without a refund.
No Refunds given for creepy cornfield or haunted cornfield once you enter.

You came to be creeped out and scared so if you get scared out of the field or the line, we did our Job. If you cannot make it out of the field, one of our security personnel will escort you out of the field.
No alcohol or drug use allowed on premise.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to un-ruley or drunk people at any time. If you are impaired by drinking heavily or drug use, we will not allow you to enter for your own safety and ours. If we feel you are under the influence of drugs, we may not allow you to enter as well. However, your pass will be good for another time when you are sober.
Smoking only allowed by bonfire area Bonfire is the designated area. Smoking in or near the field will get you an instant free pass to leave the farm! Lighting of a Match or lighter in field , could be interpreted or considered attempted arson...

There is no Smoking allowed in the cornfield.
(NO EXCEPTIONS)
No photography in the corn field.   Cameras or phones may be confiscated and picked up at end of night from concession stand.

No Leaving the trail or straying off the trail..it is well marked and covered with Wood Chips or straw.

Emergency gates and chicken gates allow you to leave the haunt, and are located periodically along the way. They are to be used in an emergency situation or if you or someone with you can not handle the haunt or trail and take you out of the field. No re-entry once you leave the field, Beyond the end of the chicken gates.

No cell phone or Camera use in the field. Keep them in your car or you will probably loose them...No entry back into the field to look for lost items.

Please watch you language while on the farm. There are other guests and families on site...    Disorderly conduct behavior and and fights will be an invitation to meet the sheriff.

Any deliberate contact and destruction or theft of any prop or creature, or part of will result in an escort out of the field then meeting the owner, then the sheriff.

   No weapons of any kind allowed on this Farm weather concelled legally or iligally. Please keep them at home or locked in your trunk.

Sorry, but photography or video is not allowed in the cornfield. The demons inside do not react well to bright lights...It not only hurts their eyes, but ruins the experience for others. Cameras can be left at the ticket booth (with driver's license as proof of ownership) for safe-keeping, or you can leave your camera in the car for your tour through the cornfield.. Once back outside, get your camera and feel free to take pictures in the parking lot, concession area, or by the bonfire.
